
The very first message delivered by the association is that a disability doesn’t prevent you from finding your place in the world of employment.
They take the time to discuss our strengths, our weaknesses, but also to answer any questions we have, to best prepare us for the hiring process and our support at Alcatel Lucent, which became part of Nokia.
Once those questions had been answered, starting at Nokia became a real possibility and I understood that those dreaded problems didn’t seem so big anymore. I was therefore able to find an adapted job in a very short space of time, a job in which I’ve been able to choose the level support that I need.
More than just a job, I’ve been able to find an amazing team who helped me from the start, answering my questions, but also helping me to adapt to the company and introducing me to other Nokia employees.
