Within this framework, for many years, the Group has spearheaded an active policy in favor of employing people with disabilities, after the signing of a Group agreement on April 6, 2012, which was renewed in December 2014 for another 3 years. @talentEgal’s activities are totally cohesive with our commitments and perfectly respond to the challenges we face. Since 2006, Safran has welcomed some thirty placement students each and every year and intends to continue this training policy, formalized by a European agreement in favor of hiring young professionals.
